We would love to help you pick the perfect rug. The best way we can help you is if we can see the room you’d like to put the rug in. Please contact us a picture of your room and you can also include links or pictures of your favorite rugs. We’ll be in touch with you promptly and we can also place the rug in your room virtually.

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! We aim to please, so if you’re not completely pleased with your order, we’ll do whatever we can to make it better!
- Your rug must be in its original condition and show no signs of use.
- If you wish to return your rug, please get in touch via email within 5 days of receiving it.
- Please return undamaged/unused rug to us within 14 days for a full refund.
- Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- We recommend shipping via FedEx or DHL.
- After we receive your returned item, you will receive a complete refund. An email will be sent once your return is processed.

Each and every Moroccan rug is woven entirely by hand and then washed and dried in the mountain air. Lead times are in the range of 2-6 weeks. For rugs 9’x12′ and larger, please allow an additional 2 weeks.
After making & cleaning the rug we usually do our very best to ship all orders within 24h-72h. As soon as your rug ships out you will receive tracking confirmation via email.
Please expect receiving it within 5-10 business days.
